Welcome to the apartment Old port.
The apartment is situated in the most beautiful part of the city – Ploče.It is opposite the Excelsior hotel, only a few meters to the sea. From our terase is a breathtaking view of the old town, the sea and the island of the Lokrum.
The apartment is a part of our housing estate that dates back to 1896, but it is newly built and has a separate entrance.There is a patio where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner watching the blue of the sea, the green of pines or the sunset behind the old stone fortresses.Only 50 m from our house there is a long sandy beach with many facilities - Banje. It is known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean.The nearest grocer's is 200 m away, as well as the entrance gate to the old town.
The apartment consists of a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a hair-drier; a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a coffee machine,a microwave oven; a two twins beds and one spare bed,
a wardrobe closet, air-conditioning and a LCD TV, SAT, wireless internet.
In the apartment you will also find all the necessary kitchen supplies, laundry and towels.
There is a terrace with a table and chairs at your disposal.

PAYMENT
The price for two persons (tax included):
-May, June, September, October -60 euros per night
-July and August - 80 euro per night
-the rest of the year -50 euro per night
The price for the third person is 10 euro higher per night.
For a stay longer than 7 days we organise a free transfer to the apartment and a welcome surprise.
For one or two nights the price is 20% higher.
These prices are only valid for direct booking.
In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 20 to 30%. In case of cancelling the reservation we keep the advance, but it is usable for another reservation, till the end of the season at the latest.
The advance is not necessary for last minute reservations.
